We opened our first store in 2019. Today we run thirteen across four cities, with two more in development — which means new stores, new teams and room to move up rather than sideways.
Our pastry chefs were trained by the brand's corporate chef from the US over four months before our first store opened, and training has continued ever since. Whichever side of the counter you work on, you learn to an international standard.
