Zonu Reddy, a graduate in molecular and cellular biology from the University of California, Berkeley, leverages her extensive experience in the real estate sector as Director of Zonasha Builders and Developers. With a notable portfolio encompassing 1.8 million square feet of leased commercial workspace in Bangalore, leased to prestigious clients such as Deloitte, Dell, and Sequoia, Zonu excels in marketing and sales of premium properties, specializing in digital and social media strategies. Beyond her professional commitments, Zonu actively engages in leadership roles within CREDAI's youth wing and contributes to funding startups in healthcare and technology sectors. Nischay Jayshankar, Director at Adarsh Developers, brings over a decade of expertise in Bangalore's real estate industry. With a background in business administration from Bond University, Australia, Nischay is instrumental in designing and executing innovative residential and hospitality projects. His leadership has been pivotal in forging a strategic alliance between Adarsh Developers and Shangri-La Hotels, facilitating Bangalore's largest room inventory and managing six food and beverage outlets. An avid adventurer and photographer, Nischay balances his professional endeavors with a passion for exploring new culinary experiences.
